Had a wonderful experience. 1st time user. The motorhome is easy to drive and use. Brand new, well appointed with luxurious high quality outdoor chairs/ blankets and sheets, and inexpensive compared to other operators - 15-20% user.

We had a wonderful experience working with Roam campers. Chae and Annneliese were extremely responsive to all questions and very kind and helpful while planning our trip. They were very accommodating to our needs and the camper had many touches and extras we hadn't expected. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was in the kitchen. If you are planning on renting a camper I would highly recommend this small family run company. They were absolutely fantastic🥰

The owners really looked out for our family, managed to accommodate a late booking during the high season, checked in to make sure we were all right, and very responsive during booking. Campervan was in great shape and had the right amount of amenities without feeling cluttered. Highly recommend.

Roam Motorhomes was the best motor home hire we have ever had. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and very helpful with all of our questions from the lovely add on options to their expansive local knowledge. The motorhome itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with all the amenities to make you feel at home. We chose the e-bikes and BBQ pack add ons, which made our holiday so fun. We will most definitely be using Roam Motorhomes on our next NZ holiday.

Wow, we were hoping to have a great time getting out and seeing NZ’s beautiful places, in fact it was a trip of a lifetime, as the motorhome was so spacious, so well equiped and super comfortable. Every day was easy and pleasurable, the kitchen shower and amenities onboard are 5 🌟. From planning, to pick up and return, you made it so easy for us! We will definitely be back and next time we hope we can hire some bikes to take with us on our trip so we can roam around from our home away from home. The camper was one of the most well equipped and comfortable vehicles we’ve used. Collected from Wellington and drove to Auckland used for a travel show filming throughout new zealand. Roam motorhome people were incredibly accommodating and we would highly recommend!

What an amazing experience! My husband and I spent three weeks exploring the north and south islands experiencing the stunning nature in the absolutely luxurious comfort of our traveling home. It was our first RV experience and although a bit nervous at first we were so glad that we took the chance to travel by RV. The major reason we wanted to RV was that we didn't want to just visit the beautiful places for an hour, driving there and back from AirbnBs or Hotels, we wanted to experience each place. To sleep and spend all day, morning to night IN the places. There's no way we could have done that without the RV. Indescribable connection to nature, without sleeping on the ground, getting stuck in the rain and eaten by bugs. I can't believe I held out on RV travel for so long! If you're like me, trying to decide whether to try RVing (and reading a review this long), you should definitely go for it. Our Roam RV was so clean and new that it still had that new car smell. New also meant easy to drive with good safety and visibility, which was very important to me when looking for RV companies to use. New also meant no need to worry about maintenance issues in older vehicles losing us days of our precious vacation time (because we Americans don't get that many days off). Roam was great to work with organizing our trip, super helpful making our adventure trip feel luxurious.

Roam Motorhomes were awesome. A great way to spend 2 weeks in the North Island. The Motorhome is beautiful and had everything we needed! I'd definitely go for the e-bikes and a Weber BBQ! The E-bikes are awesome fun. Anneliese and Chae were great. They provided heaps of info on things to see and do. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend them. We'll have to come again.
